These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Refocus ("the App"), developed by Indie Studio. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Refocus is a focus timer app designed to help you manage attention and build productive habits. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Refocus offers auto-renewable subscription plans ("Refocus Pro") that provide access to premium features:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
All content, design, and code in the App are owned by Indie Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
You agree not to misuse the App or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Indie Studio does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indie Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
